We began the second half of the spring term with something truly special: a batch of chicken eggs ready to hatch in our school!

The chicks will support our science learning this half-term, from thinking about animal skeletons in Year 3 through to classification in Year 6, as well as brightening our days as a sure sign of Spring! Children have been observing the hatching process, and will now get to see their growth over the next week when they visit each class.

The chicks will be in school until the 6^th March.
