Wear it Wild day

On Monday 28 April we will be holding our first  Wear it Wild day at West Byfleet Junior School.

What’s it all about?

Wear it Wild is our chance to support the incredible work of the WWF, whose mission is to create a world where people and nature thrive together. It’s a dress-up day with a difference: we’re combining creativity, curriculum links, and conservation—all while raising money for a brilliant cause.

For a suggested minimum donation of £2, children and staff are warmly invited to come to school dressed as an animal.

Here’s what we’ve got planned:

  • Come dressed as an animal (donate £2 – handed to class teachers in the morning)

  • WWF-themed assembly in the morning

  • WWF-linked classroom activity during the day

  • Delicious school-made animal-shaped biscuits for sale at break time – 50p each

  • Animal-themed games at lunch run by our fantastic lunchtime staff team

Thank you in advance for your support.

We hope it will be a joyful and memorable day for the children and staff!
