Andrew Broadbent - Music Specialist at WBJS
Andrew studied singing at Trinity College of Music in London and graduated with Honours. During his studies he was a regular soloist, singing at many London concert venues and notably at the Royal Albert Hall with baritone Benjamin Luxton and the Royal Choral Society in the presence of Sir William Walton on the occasion of the composer’s 80th birthday. Andrew is very much in demand, performing with the choirs of St George’s Hanover Square, Chichester, Guildford and Winchester Cathedrals, Hampton Court Palace and St George’s Chapel, Windsor over the years.
Andrew was a Gentleman of the Choir of the Queen’s Chapel of The Savoy, between 1991 and 2018. He is a passionate teacher of music and his work in Surrey extends to running a series of choral schemes and conducting choirs and ensembles for young musicians and adults.
